WIP: start ripping out args (MR 2252)
...
Cease merging pmbootstrap.cfg into args, implement a Context type to let
us pull globals out of thin air (as an intermediate workaround) and rip
args out of a lot of the codebase.
This is just a first pass, after this we can split all the state that
leaked over into Context into types with narrower scopes (like a
BuildContext(), etc).

test: dont fail on githook symlinks
...
Since introducing git hooks, these tests fail locally because copytree
can't handle the relative symlinks. Add a helper for this common pattern
and set ignore_dangling_symlinks to safely skip these symlinks.

test.test_helpers_git.test_pull: move prep code ( !1882 )

Create pmb_test.git.prepare_tmpdir() with preparation code, so we can
use it in a "pmbootstrap status" related test without duplication.
