pmb: Split devices by category during codename selection
This also reworks list_codenames() somewhat. The option to show archived
devices is removed as it never actually was used. It should be easy to
restore if someone is interested.

Run ruff check --fix (MR 2357)
Now that we have target-version = "py310" in [tool.ruff] in
pyproject.toml, ruff check complains about using typing.Optional and
typing.Union instead of newer syntax. Run the tool to fix it.

WIP: start ripping out args (MR 2252)
Cease merging pmbootstrap.cfg into args, implement a Context type to let
us pull globals out of thin air (as an intermediate workaround) and rip
args out of a lot of the codebase.

This is just a first pass, after this we can split all the state that
leaked over into Context into types with narrower scopes (like a
BuildContext(), etc).

treewide: adopt pathlib.Path and type hinting (MR 2252)
With the new chroot type, we can now write fancy paths in the pythonic
way. Convert most of the codebase over, as well as adding various other
type hints.

treewide: add a Chroot type and adopt pathlib.Path (MR 2252)
Introduce a new module: pmb.core to contain explicitly typed pmbootstrap
API. The first component being Suffix and SuffixType. This explicitly
defines what suffixes are possible, future changes should aim to further
constrain this API (e.g. by validating against available device
codenames or architectures for buildroot suffixes).

Additionally, migrate the entire codebase over to using pathlib.Path.
This is a relatively new part of the Python standard library that uses a
more object oriented model for path handling. It also uses strong type
hinting and has other features that make it much cleaner and easier to
work with than pure f-strings. The Chroot class overloads the "/"
operator the same way the Path object does, allowing one to write paths
relative to a given chroot as:

builddir = chroot / "home/pmos/build"

The Chroot class also has a string representation ("native", or
"rootfs_valve-jupiter"), and a .path property for directly accessing the
absolute path (as a Path object).

The general idea here is to encapsulate common patterns into type hinted
code, and gradually reduce the amount of assumptions made around the
codebase so that future changes are easier to implement.

As the chroot suffixes are now part of the Chroot class, we also
implement validation for them, this encodes the rules on suffix naming
and will cause a runtime exception if a suffix doesn't follow the rules.

pmb: Introduce support for "unmaintained" devices (MR 2018)
Unmaintained devices are device packages that:
  - Are known to be broken in some way without an active maintainer
who can investigate how to fix it, or
  - Have not received any updates for a very long time, or
  - Are discouraged from using because they are just intended for testing.
An example for this are ports using the downstream kernel for devices
which have a mainline port that is working quite well.

Unmaintained devices are still built by bpo (otherwise it would not make
sense to keep them), but they do not show up in "pmbootstrap init".
However, it is possible to manually select them by entering the name.
pmbootstrap will warn in that case.

Unmaintained packages should have a # Unmaintained: <reason> comment
in the APKBUILD, this comment is displayed in "pmbootstrap init"
so that the user knows why the device should not be used unless they
know what they are doing.

pmb: Look for device/* files in device/*/... instead (!1879)
In the future, device ports will be located in a subdirectory
below device/... (e.g. device/testing/device-...).
Replace all occurrences of device/* with a glob that checks the
subdirectories instead.

Note: To ensure that this always works properly we should also add some
checks that all devices are indeed located under one of the supported
subdirectories (i.e. testing/community/main).

Change the glob for pmaports to <aports>/**/APKBUILD.
This allows using subdirectories for organization outside of device/
as well.

Cosmetic: use SPDX license header (!1877)
While at it, also remove unnecessary "#!/usr/bin/env python3" in files
that only get imported, and adjust other empty/comment lines in the
beginnings of the files for consistency.

This makes files easier to read, and makes the pmbootstrap codebase more
consistent with the build.postmarketos.org codebase.

Rename pmb.helpers.devices.list() to

Fix/add helpers.devices.list_{apkbuilds,deviceinfos}() (!1737)
This fixes list_apkbuilds which is dead code currently but is useful
for external software using pmbootstrap. It also adds list_deviceinfos
which does the same thing but for the deviceinfo data.

The plan is to add an API later, where both functions can be used.

51bdc24315 Properly rebuild/install packages when something changed (Fix #120, #108, #131) (#129)
TLDR: Always rebuild/install packages when something changed when executing "pmbootstrap install/initfs/flash", more speed in dependency resolution.
---
pmbootstrap has already gotten some support for "timestamp based rebuilds", which modifies the logic for when packages should be rebuilt. It doesn't only consider packages outdated with old pkgver/pkgrel combinations, but also packages, where a source file has a newer timestamp, than the built package has.

I've found out, that this can lead to more rebuilds than expected. For example, when you check out the pmbootstrap git repository again into another folder, although you have already built packages. Then all files have the timestamp of the checkout, and the packages will appear to be outdated. While this is not largely a concern now, this will become a problem once we have a binary package repository, because then the packages from the binary repo will always seem to be outdated, if you just freshly checked out the repository.

To combat this, git gets asked if the files from the aport we're looking at are in sync with upstream, or not. Only when the files are not in sync with upstream and the timestamps of the sources are newer, a rebuild gets triggered from now on.

In case this logic should fail, I've added an option during "pmbootstrap init" where you can enable or disable the "timestamp based rebuilds" option.

In addition to that, this commit also works on fixing #120: packages do not get updated in "pmbootstrap install" after they have been rebuilt. For this to work, we specify all packages explicitly for abuild, instead of letting abuild do the resolving. This feature will also work with the "timestamp based rebuilds".

This commit also fixes the working_dir argument in pmb.helpers.run.user, which was simply ignored before.

Finally, the performance of the dependency resolution is faster again (when compared to the current version in master), because the parsed apkbuilds and finding the aport by pkgname gets cached during one pmbootstrap call (in args.cache, which also makes it easy to put fake data there in testcases).

The new dependency resolution code can output lots of verbose messages for debugging by specifying the `-v` parameter. The meaning of that changed, it used to output the file names where log messages come from, but no one seemed to use that anyway.
