Add support for packaging a kernel that was compiled outside of envkernel. The envkernel.sh wrapper is great for someone new to kernel development, but it makes it difficult to do things like "make dt_binding_check". This lets you avoid the wrapper and build on your host machine but still use pmbootstrap to package your kernel for easier testing.
