FIX CONFIG: Further config.h mappings - CURR, BATT, BARO and BLACKBOX (#12453)

* FIX: Further config.h mappings

- current meter
- voltage meter
- adding USE_BARO
- black box device default

* Adding: ADC, BARO and CURRENT_METER_SCALE_DEFAULT
* Adding ACC, GYRO and BARO (where previously missed).
* Renamed CURRENT_METER_SCALE_DEFAULT to DEFAULT_CURRENT_METER_SCALE for consistency
