c8c0c85656 First-cut of a refactored failsafe system.
* fixes issue where indicators would flash when SBus RX entered failsafe
mode.
* fixes bug where turning off a TX for an SBus RX would instantly disarm
when using a switch to arm when the channel went outside the arming
range.
* introduces failsafe phases to make the system more understandable.
* allows the system to ask if rxSignalIsBeing received for all RX
systems: PPM/PWM/SerialRX/MSP.  Also works when a serial data signal is
still being received but the data stream indicates a failsafe condition
- e.g.  SBus failsafe flags.
* failsafe settings are no-longer per-profile.

Untested: Sumd/Sumh/XBus/MSP (!)
Tested: SBus X8R, Lemon RX Sat, X8R in PWM, Spektrum PPM.

bd39445be8 Add cli command to configure adjustment ranges.
e.g. `adjrange 0 0 1700 2100 1 2`

set adjustment range 0, which applies to aux channel 0 (aux1) when range
is between 1700 and 2100 then apply function 1 (rc rate) to aux channel
2 (aux3)

1bf806f54c make the accZ lpf used for althold configurable
set the variable accz_lpf_cutoff to the desired cutoff frequency
this can help to make althold smoother on copters with lots of
vibrations

ab0296c991 Fix bug that prevented throttle angle correction working correctly when
using different values in different.

The cause was the IMU init code which triggered calculation was never
called after switching profiles - it couldn't be called twice because it
also initialised the compass.

The solution was to decouple compass initialisation from IMU
initialisation and extract the code to recalculate throttle angle scale
to a new method.

d718f5b9d6 Support configuring AUX 5 to 8.
The MSP is changed in a way that might provide some backwards
compatibility.  The first 4 channels are sent/read as before followed by
the next 4 channels.

If I client ignores extra data received it should be backwards
compatible.

Clients can looks for the new capability bit which indicates the MSP
protocol supports AUX 1-8.
