FuryF3 Initial support (#313)

* FURYF3 initial support (rev. 1 - No SD-Card, but with SPIFLASH)

* FURYF3: Split into two targets - FURYF3 and FURYF3_SPIFLASH

* Fix non-inverted beeper for FURYF3_SPIFLASH version

* Migrate target to new IO
