4408ed7af7 canvas: Honor ahi_max_pitch when drawing the horizon line
Map our real pitch to a value that causes the specified limit in
the setting to place the horizon bar at the top (or bottom)
when ahi_max_pitch is reached.

Added GPS Valid Fix to programming
Added GPS Valid fix flight parameter. Also have set the GPS sats to 0 when a GPS sensor loss occurs. This is much more useful than a false reading.
