include: linux: Update headers for rkisp1 extensible parameters
Update the kernel headers with the definitions for the rkisp1 extensible parameters format. The headers have been generated from the most recent linux-media stage tree master branch, at commit a043ea54bbb9 ("Merge tag 'next-media-rkisp1-20240814' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pinchartl/linux.git").
