android: camera_device: Add missing request keys

Browse source 
The Camera HAL does not report all the Request keys which are
mandatory for the advertised BACKWARD_COMPATIBLE capabilities
level. Add them.

This fixes the CTS test:
android.hardware.camera2.cts.StaticMetadataTest#testCapabilities
