Add a test case for DelayedControls that exercises the setting of
controls and reading back what controls were used for a particular
frame. Also exercise corner cases such as a V4L2 device that does not
reset its sequence number to 0 at stream on and sequence number wrapping
around the uint32_t value space.

The fromEntityName() function returns a pointer to a newly allocated
V4L2Device instance, which must be deleted by the caller. This opens the
door to memory leaks. Return a unique pointer instead, which conveys the
API semantics better than a sentence in the documentation.

This change allows controls passed into PipelineHandler::start to be
forwarded onto IPAInterface::start(). We also add a return channel if the
pipeline handler must action any of these controls, e.g. setting the
analogue gain or shutter speed in the sensor device.
The IPA interface wrapper isn't addressed as it will soon be replaced by
a new mechanism to handle IPC.

Allow reuse of the Request object by implementing reuse(). This means
the applications now have the responsibility of freeing the Request
objects, so make all libcamera users (cam, qcam, v4l2-compat, gstreamer,
android) do so.

If any Process instances are destroyed after the ProcessManager is
destroyed, then a segfault will occur.
Fix this by making the lifetime of the ProcessManager explicit, and make
the CameraManager construct and deconstruct (automatically, via a member
variable) the ProcessManager.
Update the tests accordingly.

We build libcamera with -Wno-unused-parameter and this doesn't cause
much issue internally. However, it prevents catching unused parameters
in inline functions defined in public headers. This can lead to
compilation warnings for applications compiled without
-Wno-unused-parameter.
To catch those issues, remove -Wno-unused-parameter and fix all the
related warnings with [[maybe_unused]].

The Stream pointer just acts as a key in the Request object. There is no
good use-case to modify a stream from a pointer retrieved from the
Request, make it const. This allows pipeline handlers to better express
that the Stream pointer is retrieved in a Request should just be treated
as a key.

Rename Camera::name() to camera::id() to better describe what it
represents, a unique and stable ID for the camera. While at it improve
the documentation for the camera ID to describe it needs to be stable
for a camera between resets of the system.

Use the CameraSensor ID as the camera name in pipelines that uses a
CameraSensors, this is done in preparation of turning the camera name
into an ID. The CameraSensor ID meets the requirements that will be put
on camera ID.

The list-cameras test case is the very first test case that has been
added to libcamera. It has served to start the development of the unit
tests infrastructure. Since then, libcamera has grown several tests that
cover the same API, and more. It's time for list-cameras to retire.

v4l2-compliance originally printed the SHA before the version, leading
to the indexing that was used previously. Now that the version is
printed before the SHA, the indexing is incorrect. Fix this.
Although v4l2-ctl doesn't suffer the same issue, it is more correct to
use the zeroth index like the v4l2-compliance version check now does, so
fix that as well.

Add two new parameters, ipaConfig and result, to the
IPAInterface::configure() function to allow pipeline handlers to pass
custom data to their IPA, and receive data back. Wire this through the
code base. The C API interface will be addressed separately, likely
through automation of the C <-> C++ translation.

Add alignDownTo(), alignUpTo(), boundTo() and expandTo() helper
functions to the Size class. These are in-place versions of the existing
alignedDownTo(), alignedUpTo(), boundedTo() and expandedTo() functions.
The new helpers return a reference to the size, to allow chaining the
functions. One can thus write
size.alignDownTo(16, 16).alignUpTo(32, 32)
.boundTo({ 40, 80 }).expandTo({ 16, 80 });
instead of
size.alignDownTo(16, 16);
size.alignUpTo(32, 32);

When a test is being run on a video device, there is output like so:
Testing /dev/video0 with uvcvideo driver...
and when it succeeds, "success" is appended:
Testing /dev/video0 with uvcvideo driver... success
On failure, however, the output of v4l2-compliance is printed before
"failure" is printed, resulting in the first line of the v4l2-compliance
output to be printed on the same line as the message:
Testing /dev/video2 with uvcvideo driver... v4l2-compliance SHA: not available, 64 bits

failure
Refactor the code to make "failure" print before the output of the test,
to prettify the output upon failure.

Use the new Size::isNull() function through the code base to replace
manual checks. While the new code isn't equivalent, as isNull() checks
that both width and height are zero, it catches the same conditions in
practice.

Print format names defined in formats namespace instead of the hex
values in toString() as they are easier to comprehend. For this add
a property of 'name' in PixelFormatInfo' so as to map the formats
with their names. Print fourcc for formats which are not used in
libcamera.

This test checks the code-paths for camera's hotplugged and
unplugged support. It is based on bind/unbind of a UVC device
from sysfs. Hence, this test requires root permissions to run
and should have at least one already bound UVC device present
in the system.

The hex stream output helper was introduced in f391048a7b ("libcamera: utils:
Add hex stream output helper"). It simplifies writing hexadecimal values to an
ostream which can be used in this test too. As the helper doesn't modify the
stream configuration (refer to utils::hex() documentation), this eliminates the
need of restoring the stream's format state as pointed out by the coverity scan.

As the only usage of IPAManager::instance() is by the pipeline handlers

unloaded by the IPAManager and the context function pointers have been
freed.
Fix this by making the lifetime of the IPAManager explicit, and make the
CameraManager construct and deconstruct (automatically, via a unique
pointer) the IPAManager.
Also update the IPA interface test to do the construction and
deconstruction of the IPAManager, as it does not use the CameraManager.
