Delete embedded copies of libtool m4 files 
These are copied into the source tree by autoreconf and
are distributed it tarballs generated by `make dist` but
should not be distributed in the source repository.

Tell git to ignore the files when they are copied in and
store that in m4/ to avoid a warning compiling from git:

aclocal: warning: couldn't open directory 'm4': No such file or directory
