Manual update: Added short description of global variabAdded information on alternative motherboards, modified description of telemetry and description of the GV link to the flight phases. Descriptions of protocols PPM, PPM16, PPMsim, PXX and DSM2 were added to chapter Setup. Picture of swashplate types added. "Overview of allowable input values" table added to Custom Switches. Chapter "General Settings" formatting error corrected. Manual text improvements by open.20.fsguruh@xoxy.net

Minor changes to make the translation as much like en.h as possible. The number of characters in each translated string are now the same, at least in the strings that are likely to be truncated.
