7ec8392c81 This should solve issue #888; 
You have to specify the compile option if you are on a Atmel based CPU like Turnigy9x:

ACCURAT_THROTTLE_STATS=YES

The reason why this fix is not always activated:
- It costs about 18bytes additional flash
- There are rare cases you will notice the rounding issue at all.

Don't bother on Taranis, the fix is activated on this automatically.

c3ba95a980 Issue #893 - Extended Limits increased to +/-150%. Perhaps it will be 
reverted later, but it will be only one constant to change, the code is
cleaner.

6c5150de8c PPM=US is now fixed on Taranis. Still remaining the problem with GVARS 
as described in Issue #893 (a model configured with a GVAR in Limits
won't work the same way on a PPMUS firmware or on a !PPMUS firmware)
