CallPipe - Switch call audio devices

Switch voice routing via alsactl according to current primary sound device

Project TODO:

  • Write proof of concept
    • Speaker select
    • Mic select
  • Port to pulseaudio or make separate pulseaudio backend
  • Integrate with q6voiced(you must use q6meowd for now)
  • Upstream WirePlumber bindings
