include: linux: Update kernel headers to version v6.10-rc1

Updated kernel headers to v6.10-rc1 using utils/update-kernel-headers.sh
and re-instating libcamera local modifications.

This includes adding include/linux/udmabuf.h which was not part
of libcamera's include/linux headers before.
