Niklas Söderlund	0e577cee9d	ipa: Add start() and stop() operations ... Add two new operations to the IPA interface to start and stop it. The intention is that these functions shall be used by the IPA to perform actions when the camera is started and stopped. Laurent Pinchart	a25533089b	ipa: Move vimc to a subdirectory ... Give a subdirectory to all IPA modules to make the structure of the source tree more consistent. This will also simplify the implementation of IPA module selection at build time.
