4db59ca535 Update 
- Added help icon with link to OSD icons document
- Stopped OSD preview from updating if it has not yet been drawn
- Removed some remaining switch indicator parts
- Added additional numerical options to OSD custom elements types
- Added the option to directly access LC, not just GV, in the OSD custom elements types
- Added preview of actual layout of OSD custom element. To make alignment much easier.

a756f982f2 OSD: Add missing alarms, and set visibility on availability 
- Add missing airspeed alarms
- Slight reorganisation of alarms
- Only show alarms when they should be available
- Hide CRSF section when not using CRSF protocol
- Hide Baro temp and/or ESC telemetry elements when no barometer and/or ESC telemetry is available.

093fc22701 Enhance and extend units conversion 
1. Fixed rounding error.
2. Added conversions for:
a) vertical speed
b) metres
c) temperature
3. Added support on Failsafe and OSD pages.
4. Sorted out alignment issues, due to different implementations.
