c3ba95a980 Issue #893 - Extended Limits increased to +/-150%. Perhaps it will be 
reverted later, but it will be only one constant to change, the code is
cleaner.

6c5150de8c PPM=US is now fixed on Taranis. Still remaining the problem with GVARS 
as described in Issue #893 (a model configured with a GVAR in Limits
won't work the same way on a PPMUS firmware or on a !PPMUS firmware)

b54f41c47f Tightened up the layout of the Telemetry tab of model edit. 
It is the widest one, so it is setting the mninimum width for all tabs. Important to keep it tight.
