c3ba95a980 Issue #893 - Extended Limits increased to +/-150%. Perhaps it will be 
reverted later, but it will be only one constant to change, the code is
cleaner.

6c5150de8c PPM=US is now fixed on Taranis. Still remaining the problem with GVARS 
as described in Issue #893 (a model configured with a GVAR in Limits
won't work the same way on a PPMUS firmware or on a !PPMUS firmware)

719b519650 Issue #869 - Trim ON/OFF is back in mixer. I wonder now if we couldn't 
add the possibility to hide the Virtual Inputs menu as many people won't
use it (It's now possible to select a stick in the mixer, and as soon as
the trim checkbox is ON, it will work perfectly!)

95f7dbf102 Missing change in old telemetry protocol for #534 
FAS offset range increased to +/-12A. Was initially limited to +/-1.5A to use only 5 bits, but later changes gave it a whole 8bit int.

e5cbba4ee2 Proper rounding for values that are scaled down. Displayed and spoken values affected. 
Example: value 3.47V was spoken as 3.4V, new spoken value is 3.5V
